What is the guarantee policy for Always Free umbrellas?
Always Free Umbrellas are covered by a two-year replacement guarantee against defects in our premium materials and quality workmanship. For eligibility and additional information, please review our Guarantee policy page.
Are Always Free umbrellas that are purchased from other retailers eligible for the guarantee?
Always Free Inc. is the sole authorized retailer of Always Free branded products and sells products directly to customers from our alwaysfree.shop and Always Free Amazon Store Front. Only products purchased directly by the customer from these authorized sites are eligible for the guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to products purchased from any third-party re-seller and is valid for U.S. addresses only.
How do I submit a warranty replacement request?
If your umbrella is still within the two-year guarantee period, please contact Always Free Customer Service. Please include your original Always Free or Amazon order number, a brief description of the issue, and your current delivery address in your message.
I have a problem with a Always Free umbrella that I purchased from Amazon. Who should I contact?
First, we are very sorry that you experienced a quality issue with your Always Free umbrella. If within the initial 30-day period from the time you received your Amazon order, Amazon policy requires that you contact Amazon Customer Service to request a replacement or refund. For all other situations, please contact Always Free Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I modify an order that I placed on Amazon.com?
Unfortunately, Amazon does not provide us with access to their order management or billing systems and requires that customers directly contact their Customer Service Department with any questions or change requests. Please sign into your Amazon account and use the following link Amazon’s Customer Service to request assistance.
I placed an order at alwaysfree.shop and need to modify or cancel it. Is this possible?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes to alwaysfree.shop orders once placed. If you would like to cancel an existing order, please contact Always Free Customer Service and we will do our best to complete your request. If the order has already been transmitted to our fulfillment center, order cancellation is not possible.
